The Masters in May, a WISCONSIN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

All KCBS and SCA Steak Cookoff Rules Apply. Our winner will be eligible for the Jack Daniels World Championship drawing pool and will automatically be entered into the American Royal Invitational Contest in Kansas City. Barbeque will be evaluated based on said rules. The winner of each steak contest, as well as the winner of each Ancillary contest will receive a Golden Ticket to the annual SCA World Championship
